Can hardly believe it's been a third of a year since Logan got here! He's learned to do so many things. Most recently he learned to roll over from his tummy to his back. The urgency to learn that was created by his success at rolling from his back to his tummy and realizing, "HELP! I'm stuck on my FACE!!!!" That particular problem caused Mommy and Daddy's most sleepless night to date, I think.
We had our four month checkup today with Dr. Holland. Hulk Logan is now measuring a staggering 26 inches, but weighing in at a mere 13 pounds 13 ounces. Not to worry, he's just a string bean, the doctor says. Logan likes his Doc. Mommy and Daddy think Logan must have slid her a tip under the exam table... because she prescribed for Logan an exersaucer, stat. She said he needs to learn how to use those long legs of his and that will help. I don't know if you've ever shopped for an exersaucer, but that's a pretty fancy four-month-birthday present! She suggested to start him about 4-5 minutes a day until he gets used to it. We got it home tonight and he wasn't in it 45 SECONDS before he was having a ball with all the attached toys... and played for a good half hour! Too bad his feet don't reach the ground in it yet... despite his long legs it seems it will take a little more time for this to give him a lower body workout. At least it tastes pretty good!
